Lake Michigan Mailers Selects Ancon To Build New Processing Center in South Bend

Project represents largest facility expansion for Lake Michigan Mailers since 1999.
Kalamazoo, MI – (February 15, 2008) – Lake Michigan Mailers, Inc., a leading provider of daily mail presorting, mail assembly, direct mail campaign management, and document creation services in Western Michigan, today announced that it has selected Ancon Construction Company, Inc. of Goshen, Indiana to design and build a new, 13,000 square foot processing center on a 4.75 acre parcel in the Toll Road Industrial Park on South Bend’s Northwest side. The expansion represents the largest construction project undertaken by Lake Michigan Mailers Inc. since 1999.
The new processing center will be the focal point for services to customers in Northern Indiana for the provision of daily mail presorting, mail assembly, direct mail campaign management, and document creation. The facility will also serve as a “hot site” for disaster recovery for Lake Michigan Mailers, Inc. operations located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
