GOSHEN, Ind. - Ancon Construction Co. recently hired four new employees in both office and field positions.
Carolyn Myers is the human resources administrator at Ancon. She has over five years of experience in the staffing industry, specializing in payroll, insurance, marketing and benefits. Her job responsibilities include overseeing all facets of the department, such as payroll, record management, employee benefits, job advertising, the company’s hiring process, and coordinating company events.
Tony Campanello is an estimator and project manager. He has 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry and is licensed with the state of Indiana in commercial and residential building inspections. His job responsibilities include working with potential customers, quoting and managing projects and working on the Ancon Building Services team. Ancon Building Services is a division of Ancon Construction which specializes in repair, remodeling and maintenance services.
Steve Brindle is an estimator and project manager. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and construction engineering from Iowa State University. Brindle has experience as a project manager from over 40 renovation and new building projects, including work for The Brothers of Holy Cross and Bethel College. His job responsibilities include cost estimating, bid preparation and proposal writing, as well as directing project activities, managing personnel and field supervisors, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
Rhett Fisher is the company controller, with over seven years of public accounting experience. He received a bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting from Purdue University. He is a CPA and a member of the board of directors for the Northeast Indiana chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association. Fisher’s responsibilities at Ancon include overseeing all accounting and financial reporting matters for the company.
