Lloyd Yoder Named As New Director of Field Operations

GOSHEN, Ind. - Ancon Construction Company has named Lloyd Yoder as its new director of field operations.
Yoder joined Ancon in 1989 as a journeyman carpenter and was promoted to foreman the next year. In 1995 he was made a project superintendent, and served as steel superintendent from 1998 to present.
Yoder’s job responsibilities now include scheduling all manpower placement and equipment usage. He has been involved in projects for many of the company’s clients, including Hoosier Tire, Goodwill, Ziker Cleaners, Gates Toyota, Gurley Leep Honda, Aggregate Industries, Four Winds International, and La-Z-Boy.
