GOSHEN, Ind. – Goshen is enjoying a recent trend of businesses building new facilities and moving into the community. One of the latest to join the wave of new construction is Terry’s Carpet Cleaning.
“We had simply outgrown our former location. We have about 6,000 square feet in the new building,” said Katrina Cripe of TCC management. “Business has been good.”
The cleaning and restoration company has qualified IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Master Restoration Specialists on staff to deal particularly with water and fire damage. Their employees have been particularly busy lately due to the heavy rains this year. They also provide 24-hour emergency service.
Terry’s Carpet Cleaning already had a facility in Goshen and hired Ancon Construction, also of Goshen, to build an office in Riverside Park. This industrial development is approximately one mile south of the proposed C.R. 17 extension. The development consists of nine lots ranging from one to four acres each, and has city sewer and water systems as well as curbed streets.
“We chose Ancon because we really wanted this location,” said Cripe. “They had the land that worked for us, and the price was right. The whole experience has been really good.”
