Our first step will be to meet with you so that we can fully understand your needs. Then we will develop a set of preliminary drawings to quickly determine the cost. Upon your acceptance of the initial drawings and cost, we will then complete detailed drawings.

We can save precious time and move up your completion date with our unique Fastrack construction scheduling – we can begin the construction of your new building prior to the completion of the finished architectural drawings, shaving time off normal production scheduling.
Ancon Construction’s philosophy has always been no Change Orders unless directed by the owner or architect. Historically, changes in contract amounts for all projects average less than 3%. We feel this is one of the reasons that approximately 80% of our clients are repeat customers.
Another reason is that we have an open-book policy with all negotiated projects. Ancon’s Project Managers and Superintendents organize projects and stay on top of the details through many means, all of which are available for your review/attendance:
Ancon Construction is an open-shop company; however, we regularly work with union contractors. We usually pick the most responsive subcontractor, based on price and quality of work - not their affiliation with a union. We self-perform concrete, carpentry (rough and finish) and steel work, giving us better control of the schedule. However, we have a balance in terms of cost and ability to ensure that we are making decisions that are best for the project.
