Overview

Ancon Construction designed and constructed a 114,540-square-foot manufacturing facility for Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) on an 18-acre site in Nappanee, Indiana. The project supports ATC’s continued growth and production needs.

ATC is a leading manufacturer of custom aluminum trailers, serving a wide range of markets including motorsports, commercial, and recreational applications. Known for precision craftsmanship and innovation, ATC required a facility that could efficiently support high-quality manufacturing while allowing flexibility for future expansion.

The building was designed to accommodate large-scale production operations, streamline workflow, and enhance operational efficiency, all while meeting the durability demands of a modern manufacturing environment.

This project was recognized with the A&S Building Systems Award of Excellence in the Manufacturing & Construction category, highlighting the collaboration, quality, and performance achieved through the design and construction process.
