• Office Category: The Aluminum Insights, Inc. design-build project in Syracuse, Indiana, spanning over 75,000 square-feet, sets new industry standards exemplifies cutting-edge design and efficiency, facilitating swift sample extrusions and lean production.
• Warehouse & Storage Category: The Vandeleigh Industries / Soaring Rail, LLC design-build project in Elkhart County, Indiana, redefines warehousing with 500,000-square-feet of premium storage and rail access. Each tenant space is equipped with individual rail spurs under a canopy, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
• Automotive Category: The Wag n’ Tails design-build project in Granger, Indiana, exemplifies Ancon Construction’s innovative design-build process. This 22,000-square-foot facility seamlessly combines office space with a showroom for mobile pet grooming vehicles.

The Wag n’ Tails project not only secured a win for Ancon Construction in the Automotive category win but also earned the 22/23 Building of the Year title. This honor highlights the project’s impact and Ancon Construction’s significant contribution to the industry.
