Ancon Construction and Aegis Dental Group are excited to announce that construction has started on the Northern Indiana’s Regional Care Facility & Denture Institute. A groundbreaking and social hour was held on November 6th. The new 5,532 sqft building will feature a two story lobby atrium, exam rooms, offices, and staff support spaces. The building’s spatial programming, interior design, and architectural design coordinate with Dr. Guy Moore’s other practice in Angola – Angola Dental Center. In 2012, Angola Dental Center won the “Award of Excellence” in the Healthcare Category from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana’s annual award submission. “We are very excited to bring a modern, state of the art building to the City of Goshen and in particular the US 33 corridor. The site offers views into an adjacent woods – which is one of the only heavily wooded sites left on the corridor,” states Ancon Designer Matthew VanSoest. The Project will be overseen by Project Manager Cullen Stanger and Field Superintendent Chris Cormican.
The building project represents Phase 1 of the “Pointe 33” land development. The remaining land is slated to be developed with one or two more buildings.
