Ancon and North Central Neurosurgery are excited to announce a building project at the RiverPointe Building; which is connected to the Elkhart General Hospital. The project, entailing 2,569 square feet, will feature a lobby/waiting area overlooking the rotunda atrium entrance in the RiverPointe building. Other programmatic spaces will include four exam rooms, conference room, staff break room, three private doctor offices, open work stations, consultation nooks, receptionist area, and other staff support spaces.
Project manager Todd Stone and Superintendent Tony Black will oversee the project which begins mid-July. The project is expected to be complete mid-September. The project, designed by Ancon, captivated every square inch of space needed for the complex space and circulation patterns which were needed by the client. “Ancon worked hand in hand with their team in designing an effective, comprehensive plan by performing design studies and touring a similar project in Mishawaka,” Ancon Designer Matt VanSoest explains.
North Central Neurosurgery is a team of multi-disciplinary neurosurgeons and medical professionals whose sole focus is the relief of your pain and discomfort through the use of the latest state-of-the art operative and non-operative treatments.
