It’s a grand opening that promises to bring a lot of goodwill to the community. Goodwill Industries and Ancon are thrilled to announce the completion of a 24,500 square foot building campus at Cambridge Plaza in Mishawaka. A new retail center moved into the south anchor space – the former Aldi Store. The remodeled north anchor space includes the Career Center, offices, future tenant/expansion space, and a workroom with new loading dock and drive thru donation drop off. (more…)

Universal Bearings LLC and Ancon are excited to announce the completion of a major building project at its campus in Bremen. Patterson Dental and Ancon are excited to announce an interior renovation project at their office and showroom inSouth Bend. Project manager Steve Brindle will oversee the work which will be complete in May. The interior renovation upgrades will also include three display settings featuring dental equipment.
