Ancon constructed an enclosed insulated metal building addition to the existing facility—approximately 79,000 square feet.
We designed and built a 104,000 square foot Butler Landmark system, with a standing seam metal roof for Universal Bearings.
Ancon designed and constructed the new 114,540 square-foot manufacturing facility on an 18-acre site in Nappanee, Indiana. The project cost approximately 5.6 million.
