SonSet Solutions partnered with Ancon Construction, in collaboration with Office Interiors, for a small office renovation project. The scope of work included the construction of four new offices and a conference room. The project featured updates such as new carpet, fresh paint, a revamped ceiling grid with tiles, and modern LED lay-in light fixtures, creating a refreshed and functional workspace.

Combined Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is a contract packaging company with multiple facilities, including one located in Bristol, IN. Ancon Construction completed a 37,500-square-foot building addition at the Bristol, Indiana facility, providing expanded storage capacity and space for future packaging lines. The project also included site improvements, such as enhanced parking and fire truck access, to support the facility’s growth and safety needs.

Bennington Marine’s new south office was completed in 2023. The project consisted of a 10,640 SF addition and approximately 2,000 SF renovation. The project goal was to give Bennington a front door presence to the south side of their campus on the CR 6 corridor. The exterior architecture, within this prominent and growing corporate office and industrial corridor, features a stunning palette of brick, modern architectural wall panels, expansive window systems, and decorative building lighting to further increase its presence. The office addition includes a training room, multiple conference rooms, private offices, open workstations, and an updated break room for the entire facility.Â

Ancon Construction designed and built additional practice space for
Morris Animal Hospital, expanding it by approximately 900 square feet. The new space includes five exam rooms and a new interior corridor hallway, seamlessly integrated with the hospital’s current building situated at 14546 State Road 23 in Granger, Indiana. Throughout the project, Ancon Construction collaborated with the hospital team to ensure that the design fulfilled their specific requirements. Additionally, we explored value engineering options to optimize cost savings for the hospital.
