Overview

Ancon Construction performed exterior renovations to Station Number Five in 2001. The original station was built in the 1960s. Ancon used the Design-Build building delivery method to complete this project.

Scope of project included:

- Design and construct a new metal roof system at station #5, 4,500 square feet.
- Engineering and permits
- Demolition
- Butler Roof System
- Asphalt shingles
- Installation of vinyl-faced fiberglass in all roof and wall areas
